Push Day rotation 2. Had to push myself just a little today. A little disgruntled with the lack of control and form on yesterday's workout. Need to buy straps and work on my grip strength. I've taken the time to input my 3000kCal plan into my fatsecret app today. Wish I was tracking my intake in July and August. Those were busy months with the big move though so I know my eating was all over the place at that time. Based on the info I have here and on my exercise app, I believe 3000kCal could be my number. Though 3100kCal was the calculation I got from here, we'll start 100kCal lower.
