Gestational diabetes friendly dinner :(
Yes, we got it, and yes it's horribly anoying...
Any ideas for low carb breakfast? Something that's not egg or berries and yoghurt please :D

You can eat anything for breakfast, it doesn’t have to be “breakfast food” you can eat whatever you fancy. Have leftovers from night before….

That's true but then I find having very repetitive meals.. I feel like I can't go on like that for four months 🤣

Prosciutto & baby spinach, mozzarella or smoked salmon & young green onions... eggs always ;)

Salmon, Spinach, avocado. Bacon, mushrooms and tomato. Beans on wholemeal bread. Breakfast pizza made on a wholemeal wrap.. With tomato puree, peppers, any other veg u like and 40g Mozarella 😋 x
