15 lb loss for the month of july

I don't have a pound goal for the month, but want to continue on plan, keep working toward my initial goal of 190. Exercise goals - keep at my current level, push harder and increase intensity as I am able to do so. Work in more resistance/weight training than I'm currently doing.

My weight loss is like an "extra" benefit - my July goal is to keep up the healthy food plan and workouts. If I lose, I will be happy - my real goal is build muscle - lose body fat.

My weight loss goal is 4-6 pounds, Non scale victory is to pull up a pair size 18 jeans ( 3 sizes smaller & non-stretch!)

I have non weight goals but they all revolve around the reno getting done which we hope is done by end of July, seeing the reno is my exercise ATM. I find it hard to find time to make goals on things based on anything but weight ATM as it is more difficult and time consuming, I also have gotten rid of a lot of clothing that at one time fit and have to time or $$ to go shopping. Then I have a whole list of goals for August and beyond.

I would at least like to be below 140 by the end of this month. When I was young, I couldn't gain weight to save my life (I weighed 90 lbs when I got married at age 21). Now it seems the older I get, the harder it is to keep the weight off.

I'm copy & pasting my food diary from a few weeks back, the two weeks that I had very steady loss. I'lll see if it is a fluke or if there was direct causation in weight loss. Not doing anything extravagant at home, so it'll be under 'ideal laboratory conditions'.

My realistic goal for now its to be at 180 and I'm 227 right now I still have way to goes but I know I can do it.
