Hi guys! Chaotic time 😟 I had a lovely few days of birthday celebrations and didn’t over-indulge too much. Then I’ve spent about a week very unwell with some horrible bug. Now that I feel better, I’m craving rubbish stuff. Had a bit of a cheat day yesterday cos it was just nice to have an appetite. But trying to get back on track from today onwards! Not weighing myself this weekend because everything has been so topsy turvy; shall wait til next. Hope you’re all enjoying the sun :)
