Husband diagnosed with 3A NSCLC, have only been to the gym once in 2 weeks. Mindlessly eating in the evening. We were supposed to be climbing to Wheelers Peak today at the Great Basin National Park. When he's healed we will complete that hike. Reset as of this morning with protein drink and a trip to the gym. God is good & with me every moment.
