Started all over again!....after losing 21 lbs. from Jan 3rd to Feb 17th....Then we had our 18th anniversary and went out for Steak and lobster dinner, it was all down hill after that.
I got back on track July 18th and was at a higher weight then when I started before, but more determined then ever to use the tools provided here to be successful......
