Hey girlfriend - Big congrats on not going back to the higher carb items! That's a definite plus!!! But tracking daily will really help you. It helps in the planning, choices, decisions, exercising control, and evaluating what is working in YOUR body. Great that you aren't gaining, but is that your ultimate goal?
