50 gr rolled oat 25 gr wortelnptotong kecil kecil 30 gr bayam (tdk pakai nggk papa) Garam Lada Dada ayam rebus lalu suir (rebusan ayam di pakai buat bubur) Telur ayam kampung rebus Daun bawang Bawang merah goreng
