I was doing good until I went to the mall with my daughter. She wanted frozen yogurt and it looked so good I had to get some too. I asked the cashier for a list of the carb content and was shocked to see 3 0z had 20 carbs and my yogurt was 8 oz. I ate it anyway and went home and ate a bowl of spaghetti and 2 pieces of cake. My reasoning was that I screwed up already so who cares??? Now I feel so.......guilty and feel like such a failure. I haven't weighed in for 16 days because I am afraid the scale will just agree with how I feel.
