It's been a month since I've stopped smoking, and well it does seem like I've been coping with overeating / drinking a few too many beers.

Don't worry, you will take care of eating and drinking a bit later.. it's worth putting on a few kg for a while in order to get rid of smoking.. Keep going, you are doing great 👍
