Went on a hike today! It was fun, but hot and I sweated through my shirt, my backpack, and my hat. This is why I go through so many clothes in one day :) At least it isn't muggy today. My back has been hurting from all the driving back and forth for voice lessons and can feel the knot beneath my right shoulderblade stretching out a little. Hopefully a good night of sleep and relaxation will make it better.

Oh boy, don't I know about soaking through clothes. Where I live, it won't go below 100F during the day until around October. I usually don't do any exercise during the summer months, but since finding FatSecret.com (because I first downloaded the companion android tool), I have joined some easy challenges that have got me moving around outside more.
So here's to a fellow several times a day, clothing changer! We'll beat the heat, one way or another.
