Hi everyone. It has been a decent week. Didn't lose as much as I have been, but I am gonna keep at it. I think I am reaching my first plateau. The scale hasn't moved in a couple of days now. I am a little disappointed, but at least I'm not gaining. The good thing about plateaus is when you finally get over them you drop the weight off really fast. At least that has been my experience with them. Hope everyone has a good night. Stay strong:)
