For the past two days, I haven't exercised. I've been working on assignments. This will change as of today. I promise myself.

I think I'll set a short term goal for myself for 2 days. I'm going to see how that works for me. 1. Journal 2X a day: Morning and Evening 2. LowCarb and Vegetables every 2 or 3 hours 3. Exercise 2X a day: Morning and Evening
