Chipping away at it, one day at a time.

I haven’t been great with tracking food, but (apart from Mother’s Day weekend, which was a planned cheat), I have been sticking to it. I have been getting the CrossFit done, but daily steps and water intake need some intentional focus. Aiming for improvement 💪🏼
66.3 kg Lost so far: 11.7 kg.    Still to go: 11.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
