Today was an ok day I went over a little on the carbs so I will have to look alitte more closely to that tomorrow . I did exercise and I wanted to do some laps in the pool but it is lightning out . So I couldn't do that . I did do some laps before about 3 breast stroke and I did the water aerobics too. Meaning walking,jogging,leg lifts side and front and back reps of 20 apiece which isn't that bad. I am getting a little board with my menu and will have to do something about that and one thing is for sure I will be looking much more closely to my vegtable intake because of the net carbs. I have been on since 18 and today is the 26 which is nine days . An I really do not think I am doing bad at all . I do have some cravings and they are sweets but I am sure that once I get to the next stage and can have a few fruits that will help alot . I have taken the equal out of my coffee and it was very hard I gradually did that . I have been tested for diabetes and it was fine I do not have it . But it does run in the family so this is another reason for me to change the way I eat and take care of myself . Well I am tired and tomorrow is another day .

Well done on the aerobics in the pool..... I am not on Atkins, but can imagine how difficult it is to cut down on your carbs. Bread, potato, rice and pasta I can give up - and have - but the carbs in fruit and veg is really surprisingly high in some instances. Keep it up :-)
