So I am gonna go to the gym. I hate going to the gym. I mean once I am there I work out and feel great. But it's from point A to B... Why can't I just learn to like it?

It's all about what fits your life. If you don't like going to the gym, find other ways to exercise. Freeweights, walks, calasthetics (sp). If you don't make it fun and convenient you are only setting yourself up for failure.

It is about finding a place that is like a community that can motivate you - it needs to be somewhat fun for me to stay with it. I do not know where you live, but GOOGLE Orange Theory Fitness and see if there is a studio near you. You can try it our for free. It looks hard, but I am 60 years old and I can modify whatever I need to when I want.

Thanks everyone. I went and as I said once I was there I did it and after I felt good. Perhaps it's the initial going. Lol just get off my butt and go!
