Hi out there. I am Cindy and I am new here. I have 53 lbs to go to meet my goal. At one point in my life I weighed 260 lbs. I had lost 100 but slipped back by 45lbs when I met and married my spouse. Love makes you comfy I guess. But I am gonna be forty this year. And I need to drop the weight. I have spent so many years over weight and insecure about it. No one can change it but me. So today is my official day one. And I loaded the app on my phone too. So let the healthing begin!
