Fasting Glucose: 148 Afternoon Glucose: 115 Evening Glucose: 115
Yesterdays Glucose numbers were the best I have seen for years! (I am referring to the average for yesterday) I have had better individual numbers but the daily average as well as the fasting are the lowest so far. Today my beloved and I are just going to enjoy a quiet lazy day together, nothing big planned. Maybe work on some more LCHF recipes, my latest endeavor is a thick BBQ sauce based on my original (full of sugar) recipe.
