Stuck at the same weight for a couple of weeks. I weigh myself everyday even though I only record about once a week. Frustrating thing is I was about a pound less for 3-4 days a week and half ago then went up and now stuck there. Arghhh. Going to stay patient - focus on my flexibility goals and enjoying running in the nice weather. Bought a new pair of running shoes so excited to try them out on my next run. Happy Tuesday.
