I deserve the weight gain. I’m ok with it because this is a journey. I will have ups and downs and there’s life to live. Birthday parties and anniversaries and such. My anniversary is next week and I know my hubby is going to want us to eat freely. Maybe I can just have a bite or two of the treat and eat healthy most of the time. That way I feel better. I have a hard time when I eat too much. If I choose wisely and savor what I have then I do better.
