Today phew! I didn't gain didn't lose. Yes I know why. I had sever days over 1400 not good climbing. Still under the 3,000 I was eating. But proof that a day or two not on track will shoot down your week. So So gota put this behind, and get this next week on track starting with BKF. On my way its a great day.
