Went to Ireland and Scotland for 2 1/2 weeks. Talk about difficult to eat properly. Stews for dinner, 2 different kinds of potatoes, dessert, heavy breakfasts. Was still able to run every morning and tried portion control for the first week - but wasn't able to maintain my strict diet rules by the second week - peer pressure sucks! Back to basics and getting back on track.
