Oh boy…went off the rails just now. I was making Kentucky bourbon balls for my birthday party on Saturday. I promised myself one small one to taste test when I finished. Instead I dipped a strawberry in the dipping chocolate…ate that…then proceeded to spoon three (4?) tablespoons of chocolate into my mouth before I put the bowl under water to stop myself. (I didn’t use an actual measuring tablespoon but an actual spoon that was a tablespoon size not regular teaspoon so probably more )
I wasn’t strict yesterday and went up a pound so I needed to be extra good today. Guess I’ll have to be extra good the rest of the week instead.
