Today is crazy day for me. There's a Board of Directors meeting here at work so I had to get in early to prepare the packages and set-up breakfast so I got up at 5 to squeeze the gym in.
I'm a little anal about my schedule - I work out M-Th, rest Friday, work out Sat and have an optional rest day Sunday. I could have taken the day off today but it was bugging me out because I felt like my schedule would be screwed up in perpetuity.
I have a wake to go to today (a friend's dad) so I'm going to try to get to the afternoon session during my lunch break.
I'm feeling pretty good today...the relief of not getting on the scale is settling in : )
