personally i have had same issues. for me a bit of change of pace worked. try going to park or something u used to do but hadn't gotten the chance to do.
Re motivate yourself in order for better improvement from past you.good luck

You can take electrolytes or you can make a shake of 30gm oats, banana, 2 spoon peanut butter, honey 1 spoon, 5 almonds, 2 kaju, raisin as you like. This will give you enough energy throughout the day if you take it two times. You can use both at the same time.
And still if you feel kinda off the get well sleep and go to gym in the evenings or at night, 3hr before you sleep.

eat more complex carbs which keeps you full for longer and It was essential for body to work and also drink caffeine before workout if you feel sleepy

before going to gym sleep for around 25 min and then hot shower and try. you will feel energetic.also don't keep long breaks in between your meals.

Sleep on time and try to have a sound sleep without any distractions. Start your day with some protein rich food or WHEY.
Adding complex carbs to your meal that you have before the workout might help.
Other than that you can go for PRE WORKOUT or CREATINE (tried and tested) if looking for supplements.
