Day 16 of 28..IF . It is going well. The 1st week took very long, but I have made it into 3 weeks. I am more in control of my eating and don't feel guilty at all. My eating windows varies depending on how busy I am. I am busy reading Fast, feast repeat by Gin Stephens and it's a real motivation our everyone is different. I don't want to have a "diet brain" mentality again.
I will only way on Day 28...the scale is not my friend☺️
