Feeling great. Wondering if my goal weight is realistic. Over the past three years have done more strength training so I feel like I have more muscle than when I used to weigh 132 lbs. I guess I should have also taken measurements or had some other kind of marker. I do have some jeans that fit best when I am under 134 pounds, so can use those as a guide as well. Pretty tired today, legs a bit sore and not so peppy. Got my strength training done and a run so all good for a Monday morning. Happy Monday to all.
