so, up until now it's been quite a strenuous journey, really. And not as fruitful as i would like it to be.
So, from today, wednesday, im introducing some exercising in my life, at least 1/2 hour per day.
Tonight it's squash night for me, let's hope i will get there this time.
A little running, some weights, some squashing, some fencing, some swimming at the beach, some yoga, some pilates.. Half an hour per day.
It's gonna work out!
I weighed in and it was 71.5. I hope that by next wednesday i will have lost 1 kilo and have reach 70 hard!
