Plans are to start journaling foods again. Breakfast this morning not off to a wonderful start, lots of sugar and carbs. But, I have written it down and now no what I have to do the rest of the day to keep on track.
Planning to do a 5K in October, so have to get my but in gear with the workouts. Last time this help motivate me so hoping will do so again. At this point, I would be walking the 5K based on my current stamina! My last 5K I did well time wise and I plan to beat that time so that means I will need to be able to run/jog it.
