Ok, so I suck at checking in every day. I also am terrible at tracking my daily calories or exercise.
That being said. I've got a new goal. To run a 5k. A fun 5k a foam glow. It isn't for anyone but myself. I've wanted to do this for a couple of years.
First plan is to just start running. lol
I ran this morning. And will ride my bike tomorrow. Keep your fingers crossed for me.

Sometimes its good to make small changes. Setting attainable goals is great. Running is awesome and those races can be very fun. Focus on getting plenty of protein and good carbs (fruits and veggies). Good luck!
