I do not understand how my weight went up by 1.4 lbs when I had well controlled glu and no increased food intake.
94.3 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 17.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Sodium? Exercise? Medications? Hormones? And a gazillion other factors can effect our water weight and make us gain when we do everything right. It will go away. Stay the course.
