I have heard about the banting diet and I tried for the week just to check and I lost 2.6kg in 7 days. I was really shocked and motivated. So now I am going to do it full force. It works out cheaper than dukan diet for me and its fun and easy. I have decided not to weight till I reach 100kg to start working out. today I will start with my bike for at least 20 min and few tummy cruches....summer mission!!!
