Had a really busy weekend. I went out with my mum and one of my sisters to costa, but had an iced americano so only 5 cals in that. Had lunch with my dad, tin of soup so thats ok. Met a friend in the afternoon so skinny latte and small cake, prob shouldn't have had the cake. Went out witb both my sisters and some other friends in the evening for turkish food. Difficult to record so ive aproximated it. Gosh well exceeded my rdi! Hope ive not gained. Went out for a 3 course meal for lunch today which I had to aproxinate again. Prob ate far to much so just some fruit for dinner tonight. Really hope I've not gained when I weigh myself tomorrow morning!
