I don’t think there is anything magical about intermittent fasting, and I’ve decided life is too short not to have a coffee with a solo sh of milk in the morning, but holding off on eating is fine. But it focuses my attention, and the clear cut off point for eating works for me… once dinner is out of the way, I’m all good til the following day, and as I don’t do wine, it’s easy to avoid things like mindless crisp eating. Already feeling some trouser slack, so I’m motivated to keep going 😊
