I’m down 7 pounds if I only look at early morning weigh-ins. Less if I look at later in the day. It has taken me quite a while. I’m feeling a little discouraged. It’s hard to cook and prep meals that are low cal, healthy, that my family will eat too. I’m keeping at it. 7 down, 35 to go over all. My first goal is only 10 more pounds.
