Day 1 Very hard . Food is on my mind like a waterfall. It makes me feel that it is controlling me and I hate it. I struggle with smells that others are eating and I just want to be a shark.( Sound)( Like Jaws theme song) and snap at the FOOD!YUM,YUM, YUM!
