Screwed up with spaghetti tonight. My willpower was out the door since I ate dinner at 9:43pm. I bet my carbs are now in the 300's. I suck.

Don't be so hard on yourself. As long as you eat healthy most the time a meal of what you want to eat wont hurt. -Its when you keep eatting unhealthy. You have to give yourself credit for what you've done so far and smile . One late heavy meal is not going to break you, just get back on track with your next meal. After all have what you want sometimes-its portion control that matters....Keep your head up high :)

Thanks for the encouragement. I almost gave up on my diet but after reading your post I feel better. It is so hard to change a lifetime of bad eating habits in a few weeks. I just have to keep reminding myself, no one does it perfectly the first time, or in my case, the hundredth time. LOL
