Ok…I made it to my initial goal weight. I can’t believe i finally made it. I’m happy I got to my goal but at the same time I still don’t like how I look. So I set a new goal weight and after I get there I’ll start adding in more exercise to hopefully improve my physique. The low calorie in high calorie out diet that I’m doing is prohibitive to exercise so that’s why I’m going to wait to get where I want weight wise before I add in exercising.
