Thanks! I don’t know if it is in my head, but just those 3.7lbs are making a difference in my walks… something is? My stamina is up, and every once in a while, I am feeling that old bounce that I used to have in my step when I get warmed up. I am nowhere near where I used to be, but that was more than 20 years ago. It is nice to feel the familiarity. In our busy lives, it is too easy to ignore the importance of those important, little things :) DV
