It feels so overwhelming to get back on this diet. I lost many pounds in 2021 with a caloric deficit diet and I put almost 10 lbs back because I just can’t stop myself from eating bad things. I wish I had the power to stay on this diet again.

This group will help you to eat healthy (speaking from experience). You can try to
join one or two "challenge groups" available to further motivate. It has helped me to be more health-conscious and stay lean. Good Luck ! 👍

Iszaaa - Using only a desktop computer, once you're in FS home page, look across for the 4th push button/ box. It says "Challenges" & find your suitable challenge/s to join. On mobile app - I have not found a way to join a challenge yet. All the best 👍
