Had a great weekend of carb celebrating and then had a thought - I really like the way I am feeling and have reached my goal weight that I am sticking to the eating plan way of life... if I lose more weight so well be it as long as I maintain :-) And I m loving the fitness so that is still on the cards and am currently doing les mills classes to try something different. Busted out a Grit HIIT class and a body balance class last night - was surprised when I got up and found I could still walk - so the journey still continues with a air of enjoyment about me!!!
