You will be OK. You may not have done much in the way of written exams but you have done other things, like Three Counties Show etc which have been nerve racking and also up against the clock, so deep breath and be confident.

Well the exam was HARD! I spoke to another student and he agreed it was way harder than the mock exam. I had to guess quite a few.
Anyway its over now, ive done my best, I couldn't have worked harder on the revision so I must just relax and wait patiently for the results in 6 weeks.
Releaved its all over, went for a celebratory Indian meal with a freind, which ive tried to record in some fashion but its a guess. Don't care really, back on plan tomorrow.
And I finally have time to sort the house etc. Back to work tomorrow. Thanks guys for all your messages of support, it really helped to know you were thinking of me, willing me and praying for me to do well. :-D

Glad your test is over. Praying that you made a good grade. All that stress can affect your eating plan. :) Stay focused and you will be successful with your nutrition plan as well as your studies. :) If you ever want to talk just send me a message. :) Margaret

Glad you finished! What kind of test were you doing? My licensure exams were on computer and we got results within 10 minutes of completion.

Thanks guys. It was a maths exam I was doing, equivalent to a-level maths and a-level further maths. I need it to get into university in September. I found I put on about 2lbs since yesterday, not recorded it yet, but I'm sure it won't be long till I loose it. Its probably water weight from not drinking enough and going out for food last night. :-)

Hope it will go well! :) Keeping my fingers crossed for you :) ! This may help: "Digestion time varies between individuals and between men and women. After you eat, it takes about six to eight hours for food to pass through your stomach and small intestine. Food then enters your large intestine (colon) for further digestion, absorption of water and, finally, elimination of undigested food.
In the 1980s, Mayo Clinic researchers measured digestion time in 21 healthy people. Total transit time, from eating to elimination in stool, averaged 53 hours (although that figure is a little overstated, because the markers used by the researchers passed more slowly through the stomach than actual food). The average transit time through just the large intestine (colon) was 40 hours, with significant difference between men and women: 33 hours for men, 47 hours for women.
Two British doctors studied digestion time in children. They fed 35 children juice containing a red marker and asked the children's mothers to note when the stool first turned red. The mean time of transit from mouth to anus for the group was 33 hours (meaning half the children had digestion times slower than this and half had digestion times greater than this)." - from Mayo Clinic web site. If you add up the water ingestion and, maybe, slower digestion from stress, the days-weeks before... it's pretty easy to imagine the 2 lbs/day. ;)
