This looks so good! But also like a lot of work 😂 I always look at stuff like this and think Wow I'd totally eat that if someone put it in front of me! But to make it feels overwhelming, haha!

I feel you I was exactly like that at the begging but since I started meal prepping in weekends it’s really easy to have this kind of meals during the week. For exemple I had roasted chickpeas and crispy chicken made already I just warmed them a little in the oven/air fryer . Also I used them as a filling in a sandwich tortilla . And cutting the veggies doesn’t take time ( you can buy the vegetables chopper it helps)
