Hello Tenacious 1, you are very like me you beat yourself up a lot when you go off the scales. I won't say don't because that would be hypocritical. You know you do it. What helps if you get a picture of just fat or lard and then see it in the weight you need to take off. It shocked me into keeping on the straight and narrow belive me.
