Basically writing off the month of March, too many celebrations and no tracking. Happy to have maintained my weight though. Now we focus on getting back on track💪🏾
79.3 kg Lost so far: 6.7 kg.    Still to go: 14.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
