Setelah setahun malah naikk yha😂😭 Bismillah yuk rajin olahraga lagi dan atur pola makan🤲🏼
Tp gimana caranya biar konsisten rutin olahraga walaupun cape abis kerjaa ampe sore?🥲
50 kg Lost so far: 7 kg.    Still to go: 5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
