Made a Bullet Proof Chai Tea this morning it was delicious.

Realized my scale was kaput today. Turned it on and then watched it continue to add pounds on without anything on it (we must have heavy air). Weighed myself before my shower and then again after my shower and gained 3 pounds. Checked my weight on a more reliable scale and found out that I have been losing weight after all. so the big weight loss that I am showing for just a couple of days is probably been spread out over the last couple of weeks.
