This week was much much better then the last...I got in (3) good runs, 2 days of Zumba and some light weights at home. Woohoo...feeling back on track!! Minus the Indian food I ate yesterday at lunch :-/

Exercise Goals for this week:
3x Running
2-3x Walking
2-3x Zumba
1-2x Weights

Food goals:
Eat healthy
No carbs @dinner

Weight-loss goals:
Drop 1-2 lbs (or more if possible)
90.3 kg Lost so far: 5.5 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
