It's been a while, moving house with a clingy 1 year old took a toll and gave me no time to work out. However, it's Ramadan so I'm hoping this will be a good way to track my eating and cut down on the sugar! Hopefully plan to squeeze in a few evening workouts too just to get back into things.
84.5 kg Lost so far: 17.5 kg.    Still to go: 16.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
