Whoop there it is! Whoop there it is!!!! What a fantastic journey this 12 week challenge has been and I would never have believed it if I didn't see it with my own eyes and in my clothing!!! I really like this plan - it allows you to slip off the wagon without punishing you and holding it against you forever and a day :-) You are not afraid to get back on the next meal - not the next day. All this was done while still enjoying the good life on the weekends and putting in a good effort at each training session. Yoga classes come to an end this weekend but I still can do an at home version to fill the void and I will be starting a 2 week session to pump it up and change my fitness vibe - and that's another thing - this is probably the fittest I have ever been for as long as I remember. In a good head space right now and contemplating on my next new challenge... Very big smile and so happy to achieve what I set out to do once I put my mind to it!!!
